So, I finally got around to moving my computer into the same room as my TVs. Meaning I no longer have to choose between Wii/PS2 and the internet! Granted, instead of using my monitor, I just hooked my computer up to the one TV in here, so I can't really watch TV and go on the computer at the same time, but oh well. It's just a simple click on the remote and I can switch back and forth between the two.
The only flaw I'm seeing with my plan, is that my TV is so large and so far away taht it might f*** me over a little bit when it comes to photoshopping if I ever decide to leave my artblock.
Well, my minions, wish me luck in becoming the laziest person I know.

I dunno. 7 or 8 years ago?

◆Which hand do you use for drawing?
Usually my right. I have, on occasion, drawn with my left hand out of boredom.

◆Which is easier to draw - male or female?
Male. I like drawing muscle. Muscular women scare me. So male seems to make the most sense.

◆Which is easier to draw - long hair or short hair?
Long.

◆Is it easier to draw the head facing towards the right or the left?
I can do either.

◆Is it easier to draw the side view of the face or the front view?
Depends on what I'm drawing. Something short-faced (humans, some cats, etc.) then front. Something long-faced (wolf, horse, etc.) is a little easier from the side.

◆What do you have problems in drawing?
Women. Humans, and their cursed feet.

◆What do you like to draw?
Wolves, bears, horses, birds, reptiles, whatever I bloodywell feel like at the time.

◆Are you a traditional artist or a digital artist?
I go both ways

◆Where do you start drawing from?
The head. Then I move onto the back, then arms/forelegs then legs/hindlegs. Then wherever I want from there.

◆What is your drawing habit that you are aware of?
When drawing quardopeds, I tend to make the legs too thick/muscular and the bodies a little too short. Oddly enough, it balances out.

◆What do you keep in mind when you do lineart?
Om nom nom?

◆Any tips for coloring/shading?
NEVER START WITH YOUR DARKEST COLOUR. That is all.

◆How long does it take to finish a piece of art?
Varies. Usually an hour. Maybe two. But I've had some pictures take up to 8 hours.

◆What music do you listen to while you draw?
Depends. Usually just whatever my favourite songs are at the time. But if I'm drawing a song pic, then I listen to whatever song the picture is based off of.

◆How long does it take you to come up with an idea?
Eh. Not very.

◆Your favorite drawing utensils?
Pen, coloured pencils, conte.

◆Your favorite color/the color that you use a lot?
Black and blue.

◆Your favorite style(s)?
My style...? Kind of modified realistic, I guess...?

◆Are you satisfied with your current art?
Sure, why not?

Realistic?

Ehhh yeah. So I'm finally sixteen. I feel no different. Woo?
This yea is going to be rather different for me. This is the first birthday I've celebrated when both my parents won't be here. T'is starting out kinda sad. My mom is the parent that's not here. Our birthdays are one day apart, so it's always been a big thing for us to celebrate it together. *sigh* Here's hoping for the best.

On Friday I went out with my mom for the day because I couldn't spend today with her. We went to a mall, I got some clothes, Spirited Away (movie), Repo! The Genetic Opera (movie), and the Dethalbum (CD)
We'd needed to spend at least an hour at the mall 'causet we were seeing a movie after. BUT, I tend to be a quick shopper, SO I was there for less than 30 minutes.
My mom and I sat in her car listening to the Dethalbum for about another 30 minutes. Then we went and saw The Final Destination. It was ACTUALLY a good movie XD The 3D was a bit annoying, though 'cause it throws everything out of focus for me and I have trouble seeing.
After that, my mom and I saw Halloween 2. Another good movie. I kind of wanted to see GI Joe, 'cause I've heard from SO many people that it's a very good movie. Oh well. I'll just rent it or something when it's on DVD.

And that's all I'm posting for now. I'll update later and let you all know how my day went.

Contesty Thing O.e

It'll get done eventually. Add your bloody characters, already~ 2 Isn't much of a variety XD

Well, I dunno if I'd call it a contest, but w/e. So really, all you have to do is show me one or some of your characters.... I'm looking for creativity. Whichever character I like best, will get fanart (drawn by me, obviously). It can be any kind of character drawn in any style, although I'm more likely to choose an animal or anthro character over a human character.
Now, don't feel too bad if I don't choose your character, because you'll still have a chance to 'win'. Every week (or however long it takes me to finish the drawing) I'll pick a new one. And this'll keep going on until I feel like drawing some of my own artwork again.
You can enter as many characters as you want (but please, if you have a LOT of characters, don't spam me with them all)
So yea, if you're like me and you enjoy seeing your characters drawn in other people's styles, then just send me a link to a pic of them and if you're lucky then you'll get chosen....
You can send me a link via note or comment. Either way works.

So yea.... tell your friends about this. I wouldn't mind seeing their characters....

A final note, don't give me any sort of description of what you want the fanart to look like. -.- I'm going to choose the scenario and position and whatnot that your characters are in. UNLESS, of course, there's something you DON'T want to see your character doing. Then by all means tell me what you don't want. But yea. If you just rushed to the bottom to comment or went to my page to leave me a note, not bothering to reading this, and sent me a description of what you want your character to be doing, then I don't care how awesome or creative your character is, I'm not drawing him/her/it.
